The European Limited Warranty offers 24-month coverage for new Nokia phones purchased on or after April 1, 2005 within the European Union, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, and Turkey.
Warranty covers any manufacturer fault.
If the handset has gone faulty as a result of faulty software or poorly fitted/manufactured parts.
We cannot accept responsibility for faults caused by the use of non Nokia approved hardware or software.
Defects caused by rough handling are not covered
Defects or alleged defects caused by the fact that the Product was used with, or connected to, any product, accessory, software and/or service not manufactured, or supplied by Nokia or was used otherwise than for its intended use
If the Product has been opened, modified or repaired by anyone other than an engineer at a Nokia Care Point, if it is repaired using unauthorised spare parts or if the Product's serial number, the mobile accessory date code or the IMEI number has been removed, erased, defaced, altered or are illegible in any way and this shall be determined in the sole discretion of Nokia
If the Product has been exposed to moisture, to dampness or to extreme thermal or environmental conditions or to rapid changes in such conditions, to corrosion, to oxidation, to spillage of food or liquid or to influence from chemical products
Other acts beyond the reasonable control of Nokia will not be covered

Print this Repair Form and fill in your details and send the phone to us. Make sure to get a proof of receipt from the postoffice.

Should your phone be out of warranty, ie liquid damaged or other customer damage, a small charge of £15 will be required to cover admin costs for sending the handset back un repaired, so please check your warranty first.

Any handset that is left unclaimed, awaiting repair confirmation or awaiting payment for longer then 28 days, will be disposed of or recycled.
